Payment Information: When customers pay for products or services on the Site using payment cards, the Site collects the payment card information –including, but not limited to credit card number, expiration date, and billing address – and transmits that information to a payment processor. The payment processor is a third-party company, external to us. Legal Obligations: From time to time, we may be required to share personal information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful or related to an alleged unlawful activity.

However, this does not include selling, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Sale or Acquisition: If we become involved in a transaction involving the sale of our assets, such as a merger or acquisition, or if Zeal is transferred to another company, we may disclose and/or transfer your information as part of the transaction. If the surviving entity is not Zeal, your information may be used pursuant to the surviving entity’s privacy policies, which may be different from this Privacy Policy.

The CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their Personal Information. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see “Exercising Your Rights” section), we will disclose to you:
You have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see “Exercising Your Rights” section), we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your Personal Information from our records, unless an exception applies.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
